Don't let it bring you down
It's only castles burning,
Find someone who's turning
And you will come around.

Second week in to filming and it's all going swimmingly. Some of the women are easier to film than others, but, the way we're filming means I have a huge amount of room to explore them physically and verbally, "which is GREAT" (Paloma Freel, Aug '11)

I'm a pretty happy bunny at the moment. I think if you're going through a rough patch and you find two seconds to breathe and think 'I can see an end to these hard times, I'm not there yet, but, at least I can see the end', then this allows you to feel a real sense of strength and accomplishment when you do overcome the hard times.

I used to deal with tough times far differently to what I do now, and that's a learning and an age thing. One of my women, Dr. Steely White says to Diane Beech " You know, Diane, it's really not a good idea to keep things bottled up, inside. If you want to explore swinging, then do it!" Which I feel is my ethos is life, (not exploring swinging but the bit about not keeping things bottled up.)

It's so refreshing for me to perform and get into character as each women because I'm so aware that a small amount of each one of these women is present in me. I love Paloma's brashness but, she's incapable at listening to anyone, I admire Lyndsey's coyness but she's often a little too naive. Stepping into the shoes of each one of these women has really made me grow and notice different aspects to me, Maddy Anholt, not just the positive, but also the negative.

It's just the best feeling in the world making things happen for yourself and seeing the results.

(Of course, I couldn't do it without me Ma and Pappa, thanks guys xxx)

As me mate Che Guevara would say:

"...The revolution is not an apple that falls when it is ripe. You have to make it fall..."
